A Logo to Reflect Your Company & Mission

Your logo is the first, fundamental graphic representation of your company. Based on that logo, you extend your visual branding efforts to your website, product line, signage and a myriad of other marketing materials and marketing campaign efforts. Much of what you want your customer to feel about your company (and logo) is created by the entire customer experience. So, start with a great, simplified logo or mark that will represent your company (or product) identity.

Types of Logos

Wordmark logos are a matter of customizing typography that reflects the company, which shouldn't be confused with grabbing 10 fonts and picking one (ie: FedEx, Disney). Lettermark Logos (i.e. HP, GE). Icon Logos visually represent the company without the name (i.e. Target, Apple). Combination Logos incorporate an icon and text (i.e. Chevrolet, Taco Bell). Emblem Logos encloses the name or initials inside the design (Harley-Davidson, NFL).

The Logo Process

We recommend looking at six logo designs in black and white. If you look at a logo in color, the color of a specific design can steer you away from the best fit. Refine the direction in round 2. Then select the finishing touches in round 3. The process can be adjusted to fit your budget, generally in the range of $1,000 - $6,000. Ask about packages for the design of your logo, business cards and other standard collateral. The logo is the anchor to your brand.
